If you are located in the US, there are a few museums with good collections of Islamic art: The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, the Smithsonian National Museum of Asian Art (Freer/Sackler) in Washington D.C., the Detroit Institute of Arts, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Each will have specialists that might be able to help with your pieces.

I appreciate you help and tips, though! Funnily enough the other day I was looking on the 'Smithsonian' site, admiring there collection:) - by the name you can't tell I'm from the Netherlands ofcourse;) Parents are from NZ, but I was born here. (So I have been to the states! But, just to board the the second plane to NZ- haha. - Funny story, I was pulled out of the line at the airport (LA) and interrogated first time I went to NZ alone, 17 years old. To big guys in a smal room. Their first and only question: "Ok, tell me were the drugs are?". haha. 17, long hair, from NL; must be holding something. haha.

I had the same in Paris, on my way from Peru to the Netherlands,:shifty: 16 yrs old. We had to go from one airport to another, so through customs. My parents had walked on through customs and not noticed anything, as usual. My brother was the only one who waited for me, as usual.:)
Anyway, after the interrogation I came out, and we found my parents in a shop somewhere. They hadn't even noticed that I had almost been on my way to a French jail.:hilarious:
