Need another costume jewelry maker ID

    I'm in the USA if that helps with narrowing down a possible maker for this gunmetal finish and cut-glass rhinestone pin. The stones are very reflective, my photos aren't quite cutting it. The mark is an impressed/stamped rose blossom with three leaves. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
