No doubt decorative pieces. As I don't know the artist and if made by Native American I guess I have to list it in non-native American category.

I believe this would fall into the category of fantasy/décor items.
I can't speak to stylistic details; but I can mention that the bone arrowheads appear to be products of the Indonesian import trade.

Nah. They sell those at Toltec Mounds State Park. It's historical replica, still expensive.

is one company selling native-made bows, arrows, and quivers for display purposes; quite similar to yours, and some with the beaded wrap as seen on your arrows. Some do have bone arrowheads, and though I'm sure the items are assembled by the listed native makers, I also suspect they use imported bone arrowheads. Pretty good prices though.
    Similar: http://www.aztradingpost.com/bow-arrow.html and

So it is certainly possible that your item is native made, even if made for décor.
But probably no way to be sure unless you happen across the exact item somewhere online.

Can't say I know but without knowing for sure who made it and their affiliation you're right about listing.

That photo of the shaft ends with the green, that looks like a just a dowel with at green color end.
