Featured Native American Necklace Dentalium? Brass and Blue Beads

Picked up a neat necklace. Measures 13 1/2" long not including the strings. I am assuming the white beads are dentalium? Brass beads and the blue beads could be plastic. There is an ink mark on one side. Maybe someone knows maker or tribe?

Looks like the leather is deerskin. The threads and the knot on the back look like synthetic sinew.

These specific 'hairpipes' were made in India. The slightly unfinished sides like on the photo below are indicative of Indian hairpipes. Better quality hairpipes are made in Hongkong, but they cost a bit more.
Both Indian and Chinese made hairpipes are used a lot by Native Americans.
