    I know she isn't very old and I probably should know but i just don't know where she is from.

    Thritto for Russia and ditto for kokoshnik headdress.:)
    She is lovely, and in good condition. A little smudge on her cheek, I wouldn't mess with that. She is ready to dance, with that lace handkerchief.

    Thank you all for the information. @Any Jewelry her head is porcelain and I thought I could clean her face. But if it's not recommended let me know.

    Ah, I thought it was a more delicate material. If it is glazed porcelain you can clean it without a problem. Porcelain is a bonus for the value.:)

    Yes her head,torso, and hands are porcelain.

    Make sure the features are under the glaze. If they are cold painted over glaze you'll wash them right off

    They are cold painted, But at 60 my hands are still pretty steady. And i used a Q-tip .
