I can't find this exact plate online, but I found a similar ones listed such as:

"MZ Austria Moritz Zdekauer porcelain open tab handle cake plate".

This plate measures 10 1/2 inches across the handles.

It's listed on the replacements site under Altrohlau ALT895. That's probably their code, not the actual pattern number, which is on the back of your plate, whatever it says.

Alt Rohlau is the village near Karlsbad. Moritz Zdekauer is the name of the banker that bought the bankrupt factory in 1884. in 1909 it was sold to Hutschenreuther that kept the mark and name, because it was well-known; still used today.
everything that is marked Austria is pre-1914 because Austria lost all its Bohemian and Moravian possessions.

sorry, pre-1918. but doubtful if they were producing during the war without breaks.
