Mystery Pottery Pig Figurine

This is a mystery piece I've had out there in the 'net offering for a couple of years now, and it's no-name status is probably not doing it (or me) any favors. I'm hoping you might be able to point me in a direction as to possible, likely, or even known maker.

@janetpjohn, I just figured I'd see if I could gain any insight on possible maker before deciding to evict it.

 

How much time and effort for its presumed value before little piggy cries wee wee wee all the way to the thrift store. It will find a new home and make someone happy ... you!

I think she is just crying because she has lost her babies.
She is sweet though. Let someone else give her a happy home, where she can start a new life and forget the ordeal.
