Mystery Oil Lamp - Age, Origin, Style?

Does anyone here know about old oil lamps?

How old do you think this one is?

The wick adjustment wheel usually has marks that may apply to just burner or maybe whole lamp. Lamp prob 19th C., but I'm not very bright when it comes to lamps. Chimneys are often replacements.

That chimney looks like the type that goes inside a Gone With The Wind lamp. Does that ring look like it would accommodate a globe? Here's an internet pic of GWTW lamps showing the inner chimney so you can see what I mean.

 

This lamp appears to have a central draft burner. The picture doesn't show enough detail in the burner area for me to even begin to guess on age or maker of the lamp or the burner. These burners were made by a multitude of companies such as P&A (Plume & Atwood), B & H (Bradley & Hubbard), Miller, M & W (Matthews & Willard), etc... P & A was a prolific suppliers of burners. Most Miller lamps have Miller burners as do the others if the burners haven't been replaced. Miller, B & H and M & W are noted for their brass font lamps. As Spring suggested, do look the lamp over from the bottom of base, around the font cover to the burner's wick-winder/thumbwheel and the top of the burner (the fame spreader) for any marks, logos printing.

Should have added, the chimney is a type that was used also often on Kosmos Matador central draft burners - a German company

Until seeing more and close-ups pictures, I'd date this lamp to the late 1800s to 1900.
