Well, this is an odd one, but very cool! Appears to have a US Military blade (can’t read all of the lettering on the blade) brass hilt, bone handle and a very interesting Native American style sheath. The sheath has a unusual “RS” stamp on the back. Anyone have any clues on this?? Mknife-1.jpg Mknife-2.jpg Mknife-3.jpg Mknife-4.jpg Mknife-5.jpg Mknife-6.jpg Mknife-7.jpg Mknife-8.jpg

Look up "US CAMILLUS NY" Fighting knife. Obviously your blade has been repurposed, is well worn, and has been sharpened many times. The sheath is probably hand made (as is the handle) and personalised with the RS - Just my opinion

Thanks for the info. I contacted Randy and he said it was not one of his. The Logo sure looks it should be his with the RS and the raven. I will keep looking for the logo.

I did find another sheath from the same "RS" logo, but they had no idea who the maker was either Mknife-9.jpg

Better photo of the mark, maybe it's a roadrunner instead of a raven.

True - Road runners have that long, sharp, pointed beak and them feathers sticking out back of their heads - Ravens are big, thick billed birds.

I like the solid stitching ....and the way the leather is worked and painted to simulate old native beaded & quill work sheathes ....:hungry::hungry:

It’s been a year and I still can't the "RS" logo stamp or who made this knife? Maybe some newcomer will have an idea!
