Featured Mystery Masonic Ring

I purchased this for $2 yesterday. First pic of it dirty, second pic cleaned, third pic marking. I thought the mark said Made in Mexico...nope. Any ideas of what this is made of, age, etc.? Thanks.

 

The mark is certainly mysterious. It was worn for a long time; perhaps until wearer's demise.
It cleaned up nicely, 'tho...maybe yellow & white gold?

 

It's very heavy...I was thinking some kind of silver with goldwash on the emblem.

 

Marko, if that emblem were only gold washed...or even plated...it would be showing base-metal all over. With that wear, I think you can at least be sure that it's yellow gold.

 

Can't find anything similar online but I am guessing a lot of these were custom made. Nice find.
