Does anyone know what this is? A small piece of carved wood with Dragon heads coming out of the top, holding something between their two snouts. There is a slot that runs through the base that is somewhat wider at its high points. The piece is quite light, weighing 1.6 oz / 45 grams. It measures 2-1/2 inches in length, 2-1/4 inches deep, and 3 inches high. No maker marks. The workmanship seems quite nice. Any ideas? Thanks! ... Dave

It's a Moktak gong, there are other names for them but that should get you started.

Not dragons at all - they are fish!
