I'd say it's circa 1970s 80s. We were headed into the 'transfer station' and I could see the top sticking out of a pickup truck ahead of the car in front of us. We followed him around to the gift house. He also had a beautiful porch glider that someone standing in front of the shop got dibs on before we could even park. He's moving and downsizing. The chair is mint and it's mine. I'm not fond of the upholstery, but he said his wife just had it done so I'm kind of stuck with it for now. I've been looking for a comfy chair for my reading corner. :)

He also said he designed Christmas ornaments for Waterford and Hallmark and he handed out a few before I could come back from putting my chair in my car before someone else grabbed it.

The 70s weren't my favorite decade for furniture, and I'd call early 80s Victorian Revival on this one. I'm betting it's comfortable.

Absolutely. Jon has his recliner and remote and I have my rocker and Kindle.
