Featured My Art Deco lamp is finished. What do you think?

    Well almost finished, i still have to glue the glass in and maybe get a different bulb. this is 40 watt and i think i need 25?

    Hi,
    YES drop the wattage to at most 25, 15 would be better. Good job!!!!!!!

    About the wattage... if the bulb is Incandescent (which I'm assuming it is) you can drop it as low as you want (the wattage that is, don't drop the bulb it may break). On the other hand if the bulb is Fluorescent it most likely will not function at a lower Wattage then it was designed for. Here's a really helpful Ebay article I found:

    If you can get an LED bulb into the socket, you can use whatever since the wattage on those is so low.

    I just noticed the way the pattern in the glass is running. Looks like water falling behind her, like a wave or waterfall.
    It keeps looking nicer.
