Does anybody here know anything about vintage signs? If I were to sell this AAA Root Beer sign, what would be a fair price to a ask? This metal sign is 57" x 33".

A regional brand and there appears to be quite a few of these around. Those factors and condition impact collector interest. You'll have a good idea of its value when this auction closes:

Like Debora says-follow the auctions.Also-rule 1,vintage signs are one of the most forged and reproduced (both acknowledged as repro & not) items on the entire web.I'd say there's a chance that 90% plus of signs out there are repops.
As was said, there's a lot of these out there-

Here's an example of NOS (New/Old Stock)-You'll see it still has the protective wrapper partially on it. That happens when a quantity of old, never used signs is discovered.

The only way to know for sure is to take it off of the wall in an old store, or out of a barn attic etc where it's been for the last 70 years. Otherwise you'd better know what you're doing.
