Featured Mt. St. Helens Glass

    Would anyone know this pattern? Have been looking online with no luck yet.

    Probably you already saw this. Looks like when it came to decoration it was pretty much one-offs, there may not be a pattern for a line of pieces.

    Really pretty piece. I love art glass. :happy:

    I remember that the Christmas a year or so after the eruption glass decorations made with Mount St. Helen's ash were everywhere!

    I had a friend close by who sent me a bag of it then and I still have it. :)

    I've had both pottery figurines and paperweights made from Mount St. Helen's ash. The paperweights always sold but not for a lot of money. eBay solds should give you an idea of value. As far as I know none of their glass had pattern names.

    There were a bunch of studio making glass with Mt St Helens ash. Most of them are now closed. That one was likely from one specializing in tourist sales and located on the road from I-5 to Mt St Helens.
