    This lithograph measures 4.5 x 6 inches.
Does anybody know what the signature on the bottom is or represents.
    Thanks a1.jpg

I can't tell from your photo if the artwork is laying on top of a piece of board, or if there is a mat laying over it. But the writing might be a framer's notation - "Bennington - mount mon". I admit it would be odd for a framer to write directly on the artwork like that, but it looks like it might be a page removed from a book and therefore of little value. Just a theory.

I also have this one the same size but the writing on the bottom is a little more legible a1.jpg

Written in two different hands. Bennington might have been the owner, if my theory is correct. Does the mat cover the writing when it is laid over? It also looks like the prints have been dry mounted to the board. Not a particularly high quality treatment.

Yes the matting coves the words
.It seem to be glued to the backing.
Do you have any idea what the wording "Bennington - mount mon" means
    Thanks

If the notation was made by a framing service, as I suggested, "Bennington" might have been the original owner and "mount mon" might have been an indication to mount/frame the item by Monday, when the owner would return to pick it up. But that is just a guess. I don't know of any other logical connection between a Picasso print and someone named Bennington.
