The 800 silver one is from Germany. (Crescent moon and crown is the tip off.) What does it say after the moon and crown?

I'm thinking that the first one is from somewhere that took their lead from the 84 zolotnik standard of Russia. What else do you see after the 84?

Altensperge with few marks after 800
On the first one even close I can’t make out the mark after 84

On Altensperge - the marks after 800 are the crescent moon and crown I mentioned above plus a possible maker's symbol which I cannot see clearly. I assume you can't either.

Altensperge should be the maker's name, but I was not able to find this in either of the 2 online sites I normally find most useful for non-US marks,

Why do you think the first spoon is plated?

I don’t have a picture as I’m now away from home again but I thought I saw wear on the back of the bowl and it seemed heavier than the second spoon

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

OK, @Bakersgma, here's the best I could do, unless you think larger will help, and I'm not sure it would.......looks to me like 84 then a small 'Gi' OR 'Ci' (wasn't sure which) and under that "MIGHT" be what looks TO ME either a left facing pig's head &/or a right facing dog's head (whiter in color?).....

Not feeling well and barely functional, but the first spoon appears to bear an '84 GR' silverplate mark, typically French, but the maker's mark and the placement of the marks not really French. Believe the name on the German spoon is 'BALTENSPERGER', a Swiss maker, perhaps a retailer mark in this case?
