Modigliani Print

I could be totally off base, but I wonder if this actually a Modigliani.

 

You mean is more like “after” modigliani, in other word a fake?

 

I do wonder. It feels very 1980s to me. But I could be completely wrong, not a big Modigliani fan.

 

It doesn't look a lot like Modigliani's work, just the subject matter mannerism, although it may be a print from his work that I've never seen.

 

Hate to ask the obvious but... Have you done a Google Image search?

I am unable to google search an image, but I just don't think it's a Modigliani.
Kard, I saw you had another "orange Modigliani" listed on here as a silkscreen. What did you find out about that? Was it circa 1950s?

 

The other one is long gone. I don’t think I found anything else about it. But at least it was a print after a known work.
Google images does not recognize this one.

 

Is it a serigraph or what? Size, back, print method?

I like.

 

It’s behind glass and with backing paper. Can’t tell for sure what it is. Could be even hand painted but I’m starting to think it’s just based on Modigliani style.
