Modern signed Chinese (?) vase

It was an inexpensive estate purchase, I do not sense much age -- purchased new in the 1990's or later would be a guess.

It has sort of uniform crazing, unless there is a better word. It almost seems to be part of the design unless done to "make look older". Would I call this "Celadon"?

Anything you can tell me, keywords, or if anyone recognizes the signature, that would be appreciated.

Looks like a clear crackle glaze applied as the topcoat.

 

My guess would be modern Korean celadon.
