"Mille Fleurs" Schiaparelli Collection quilted fabric

Would sure appreciate any info on this piece of Mille Fleurs vintage quilted fabric w/ cotton batting by Elsa Schiaparelli, from the Schiaparelli Collection. Any Schiaparelli fans who can help us out?

It's also marked A Waverly Bonded Glosheen Registered #811449. Great squiggly quilting stitches.

Year, value, etc? Did it come with batting or did someone do an amazing job quilting it? (It came from an estate). It measures (from memory) about 17 inches wide and 17 or so feet long. Thanks!
