I hope you are aware that Heisey made no milk glass boots. That "signature" is also found on "Grenade" toothpick holders that have been found to be a product of H. Bennett of Cambridge Ohio, ca. 1970. The "signature" has never been found on a piece of Heisey glass.

Yes, I am aware of that. Thought it was a possible promotional item from "someone".

    Interesting that the listing says,
"WE HAVE A OLD HEISEY WHITE MILK GLASS SAYS A.H.HEISEY & CO. FOUNDED 1896 THIS IS UNMARKED YOU DECIDE ITS ABOUT 3 1/4" TALL AND ABOUT 2 1/2" AT BOTTOM OF BOOT ITS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH NO CRACKS,CHIPS THIS IS A NICE PIECE
CHECK OUT THE OTHER HEISEY BOOT IN OUR LISTINGS"

Either it says Heisey or it's unmarked. Which is it? I guess that's why it says You Decide.

I would not call painted script on it, saying "A. H. Heisey & Co. founded 1896" was a manufacturers mark.
