Mid Century? Pottery Vase

    Found this cool vase. I think it is studio but not sure. Marked on base. Stands 17"

    I think you're right - either studio or student piece.

    I was just on the Facebook ID pages and someone put this exact same vase up for identification. With two identical vases showing up at the same time I'm revising my guess to recent Asian production.

    I think it's modern Asian, fwiw. I've seen many similar.

    I flubbed this one completely. Now that I reflect on the size I find it unlikely a piece that tall would be studio or student. It's got a nice tropical feel to it.
