mid century? pottery mermaid vase any idea on maker?

    Found it at the flea market this morning and thought it had a keramik feel to it but no marks? I figured for a dollar I'd take a chance. Has anyone seen one like it before? A quick search didn't reveal anything similar.

    Correct David Stewart later production item without Lion's Valley sticker. Studio item are hand incised with a stylized DP.
