Michael Blaker Seaside Color Etching

I picked this up at a thrift store this week and thought I would post. It is a nice larger size etching, lower size edition and is, from what I understand, hand-colored. It is in great condition. I had not heard of this artist before, so I enjoyed reading about his history. This one is going to stay in the collection, I quite like it. Any comments appreciated, as usual. I didn't take a picture of the back, the paper was torn off. It is backed with foam core and those staples you fold in. I am guessing it is 1980's.
