Miami watch info

Hoping someone could tell me more about this vintage watch. The watch has a "Fourth Year" attachment but not sure if that came with watch. I have looked for a "Miami" watch company and couldn't find anything but I know this site is full of experts so thanks for any information in advance.

Finally got the back off. It read O Maire Inc and right under it says Four Jewels.

 

As I suspected ....not a high quality movement.....
is there any mark on the case as to metal content....?

 

Hi,
The fourth year pin goes on a medal for attending Sunday school with out missing a Sunday. I have one from a Presbyterian church. It has the medal the wreath around it and nine bars. It was from the 1950s.

Didn't see any other marks but the gold color metal on the case is soft because I bent it pretty easy getting the watch apart.
