Featured Mexican or Native American Pottery Basket

    I picked this up today, I was wondering if it was Mexican made or Native American made.
    To me it looks like both but, I'm still not an expert . Anyone know ?

    It's from Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico, which has now changed its name back to its pre-Spanish name, Kewa.

    Early 20th century, made for the tourist market. Unfortunately not quite in the same category as that last Hopi pot, but a nice little piece. Both probably made around the same time.
