I have 3 metal cooking pot holders.
Maybe eagle, bird and indian design.
The eagle pot holder dimensions are 7" from tip of pan sit to end of handle x 4" top dia.
The bird inside heart shape dimensions are 7" from tip of pan sit to end of handle x4"
length at widest length and width.
The indian design dimensions are 7" from tip of pan sit to end of handle x 4" top dia.
What are these metal cooking pot holders called and what are the designs? Thank you Rob

    Trivets. They are called trivets.

They were also used for resting antique flatirons on, too.

I was selling some of those a few years ago at York.
A woman asked "How much are the triffids" :D

They are all three very nice. The eagle with laurel leaf is interesting, not Griswald or Wilton. Are there any marks on the backs? Usually an impressed mark.
