Mel Ramos 1980 Olympics Poster

Saw this today but did not buy it because I was not sure if it has some more significant value. Looks like hand signed by Eric Heiden. I guess "To Dale" refers to Stetina Dale?
Is it worth buying?

 

It's not from the Olympics, the date is coincidental. He was a founding member of the 7-Eleven Cycling Team after the Olympics were over. Note the logo on his shirt sleeves.

 

If this were a gift to Dale Stetina, why would it be for sale?

That's a hypothetical question, of course, I don't expect you to know. But it just seems an awfully big stretch to assume.

 

Don't know why. But I guess the poster was mass produced?

 

I think mass produced and perhaps available for purchase at events with the chance to get EH to sign - like book signings. "Dale" could be anyone.

 

I think I got it confused. So this is Eric on the poster. I thought it was Dale Stetina. In this case, to Dale could be anyone.
