    This is a total WAG, but that image on the clips looking like a Fez (hat) with the tassel on top in which there has been drawn a Christmas Tree. If the TCL stands for the organization that had them made, it could be (now don't laugh) The Christmas Lodge.

    I told you not to laugh. :rolleyes:
