    Can anyone tell me the true use for this Silver item. Pl s-l1600 (29).jpg s-l1600 (30).jpg s-l1600 (28).jpg s-l1600 (26).jpg ease.

    Can you reshoot the 3rd photo with the marks? It's too out of focus to tell what the marks are :)

    1929 date seems rather late for "snuff." Date year corrected.
