Last one for your input tonight. Was wondering what you thought of this piece condition wise. Thank you IMG_0080.jpg IMG_0082.jpg

I am having a hard time reading the markings, but am guess this is a WW Marston 3 barrel deringer? I know nothing about them. Do wait for Spring to show up. He is the resident guru on firearms. Here is one of these deringers on an American antique firearms website.

Well the hammer looks a bit chewed, but the pitting and patina look normal for a gun that must have been carried a lot .
The wood handle looks in good condition too.

It looks like it could used a cleaning ....but I wouldn't go further than that.

Don't touch it ! Gun collectors love "as found" condition.
