Marked Cloisonne Bowl

    Any idea whose mark is on this bowl? This stands 2 1/8" tall and measures 4 1/2" across. The main metal I think is copper. The rim and base are silverplate over copper. The wiring in the decoration is brass I think. Not familiar with the mark.
