Marked ceramic flower holder RNR? RVR? Help w/maker & age

    I think this is a flower holder based on remnants of what appears to be dried up flower water inside.

    Can anyone help with the maker? Thanks!

    (Needs a touch of cleaning, which I haven't done yet.)

    Could I call this Art Deco?? It has a certain look to it, trying to get a good keyword.

    ......... triple bud vase. What do you think? Would 1930's match?

    Art Deco would be reasonable. Solifleur is also a term.
