I know that the plate was made in Italy but that is all I can tell you at the moment.
Flli is a common abbreviation for the word Fratellli and Fratelli means Brothers.
The piece lacks the usual "Made in Italy" wording or even the 19th century spelling as "Italia". Country of Origin markings have been a Customs requirements since 1890's in the U.S. and even earlier in Great Britain but it does not mean that this dish is that old. If this company did not intend to export their product they may have had no need to mark their wares.
I will continue to check my database for a similar mark.

Thanks Walter. You have probably noticed that there is no foot ring and the base is rounded. I don't known if that can help in IDing age and maker.

Both the lack of a foot rim and the roundness are indications that the dish was pressed from a two part wooden mold. It might indicate age but the process is still in practice today in old family owned potteries.
