Mark on Italy miniature metal piano babies

    Hi, this is a set of 4 miniature baby figures, no wings, so I guess piano babies. They are heavy for their size, with some kind of silver color finish. They have incompletely stamped marks on the back of the legs. I've shown the 2 marks that are most readable. I can see that the bottom word is probably Italy, but don't know the top word. Looks like the letters LTRO are part of the top word. I know this is a long shot... Thanks for any help with the mark.

    P E L T R O is pewter in italian
