Featured Mark on coffee bean spoon C&B anchors

Absolute mare to photograph. Gold washed coffee bean finial spoon with a TINY mark. It's C&B and what look like two anchors, point to point sideways. Anyone recognise it please? New one on me.....

 

Don't know if this helps, but given the rectangular shape and position on the bowl of the spoon, I suspect French silver plated. Here is the closest I could find on silvercollection.it.

 

That helps massively, it’s way more than I could find!

 

And in my rotating and playing, I came up with somewhat similar ON YOUR spoon, @Ownedbybear .....but what it IS, I don't know! But, along the bottom, I do see the large C, then what looks like a tiny heart with a little scrolling above it and on the right end what looks like a swan with something small above it.......(turning it also inverted it..... but I think you can see what I mean)
