Mark Help - Parking Lot Bracelet

Hello again,

Here are close ups of the marks on the bracelet I found in a parking lot. I think I see 800 on one of them. Can anyone make any of these out?

 

I'm sorry, they seem so highly reflective, I'm not sure what I'd be trying to correct the tone of........

 

Could we see the whole piece without a flash?

 

Here they are again, the material is pretty reflective and I’m having a hard time getting them steady.

Not sure how all police departments work, but in my town if you turn it in and no one claims it, after a certain amount of time they offer it back to the person who found it. And/or check Craigslist lost and found, etc. Good luck!

 

That’s how it works in most places. When my sister was a teenager she found cash on the street and took it to the police. After a while, when no one claimed it, they gave it back to her. Normally I wouldn’t remember that (it was a LONG time ago) but it was only half the story...she used the money to buy tickets to see the Beatles at Shea Stadium
