I found this watercolor by Marilyn Hughey Phillis at a TS and was wondering if anyone has a subscription to Ask Art and let me know if her work sells. It's 8x10" and matted by the artist. She seems to do more abstract stuff so this may be unusual for her. I don't expect anything high in value, just wondering what her other works have sold for.
    TIA. :)

Thanks King ! There are a lot of fishermen in my family, including my 26 yr old daughter, this one 'spoke' to me. It's called Fishing Reverie'.

Don't subscribe to askart but one of my sources show an abstract watercolor 20 x 21 sold for $172.00 in 2004. The only other result I found was an oil that failed to sell in 2009.

Was able to find the original source for the first one here .....
