Hello.. been searching for a couple of days to find the maker on these.
Eg. William Devonport, William Downes, WM Dowler..
Image searched and only WD&S nothing upon opening to identify.
Nothing in the British Hallmarks and couple other pages similar.
Apostle spoon makers, Apostle shell spoons...
    Any help appreciated.

Hi there! I have these exact spoons and was looking for info on them, as well. My mother bought them in Italy. I saw that WD & S could stand for William Dowler & Sons (according to this website), but it also says they made military ornaments and whistles, so I'm not sure. Interested to know if you find anything out!

Note that the Dowler mark examples on that site show the letters are all inside a single cartouche while the letters shown on the spoons above are in separate cartouches.
