Makers mark Empire French mantel Clock

I am trying to learn about a french clock makers mark KC on my early 1800's Reaumur time and strike

    My clock is on my site. There is a date on the Reaumur 1802 Paris

    KC makers mark on rear. Any information?

    Hi @Keith Johnson and WELCOME to ANTIQUERS!! The back image of your clock is a bit too bright AND too blurry!! Do you think you can tone it down a bit and get it sharper?? Also there are a couple of clock experts here who would like to see the movement/innards! Thanks so much!!

    Quite so. At first glance it does appear to be an Empire period French clock and thermometer.
    It should have silk suspension for the pendulum and strike on a bell.

    I do not know the maker off-hand. It is not likely to be significant.
