Maker’s Mark help on flatware please

    4DB89D68-F082-43DE-94F8-604DB67A02F5.jpeg 4BAF3927-0465-40CD-9A87-EFCF195E847E.jpeg A reverse C attached to a B followed by 100. What country should I be looking at? Help with maker and use of 100 would be awesome! TIA!
