majolica (?) charger w/ salamander and snake. Can anyone read the marking?

    Actually, I'm not POSITIVE on the letters, but here's MY guess....others may disagree, and that's perfectly fine....they may see them better!! They're all script I believe.......not sure if the first is a J or a G, think the second is an F, but possible it's a T, and the last pretty sure is an S......

    Don't know if you tried looking up Palissy Ware. But it looks like to to me. I believe it is from Portugal. The maker is Jose Francisco de Souza.
