Machine turned locket

    :)
    Does the machine turning on this lovely locket date it at all?
    Also it tests for silver but I can’t find a hallmark. It may have been on the missing bail or it could be under the paper which is stuck firm and a bit like fibreglass. Would you try and soak it off or leave well alone?
