Featured Lovely little box

Nice little costume jewellery box.Hoping someone knows what the top is made from. And how old it would be. Any insights greatly appreachiated. Thank you

    Given the pattern I would expect it to be either enamel, glass or perhaps most likely some type of resin or epoxy. Looks very sweet, the shape is perhaps most common from the mid century.

    With that apricot colorway, butterfly, marbled surface design and curved detail to lid, I'd expect it to be dead on late 1970s.
