Lough Conn in Mayo Painting

Can anyone tell from the frame or back of this painting when it might date from?

There are two signatures one in each bottom corner of the painting which i cannot make out.

There is writing on the back saying Lough Conn £45.lough Conn is a lake in County Mayo in ireland.There is a lable on back of board which i think just be product details of the art board.

There also seems to have been two other labels on the reverse but they have been removed at some stage.

If i could get an idea of age of painting it would help in my search im sure.
The painting measures 20 inches by 12 inches approx

Ballpoint, not fountain pen. From that, the frame and label design, post-World War II. 1970s-ish at a guess.

Thanks Debora.Thats a help .was thinking there was a bit of age to it anyway.am now wondering would £45 have been much to pay for a piece of art in Ireland in the 70s do you think?

 

I would think £45 a healthy price.
