Anyone have any ideas about this?

It has three clear gems like diamonds.

It's got so little tarnish I may be a non-destructive gold test but I'm aware that there are alloys that may give it this finish.

There seem to be no mint marks.

It has some scratch damage on back.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

But the front sure is purdy!!!! What say you, Silver Ladies.....should @AntiqueBytes Loupe the front carefully for any possible marks????? I see a P & D or P up above the two RIGHT 'diamonds'.........

It doesn't look like silver to me, and the discolouration doesn't look like silver tarnish to me. If it isn't silver, the 'stones' are likely to be glass.
It looks like the photos were taken in artificial light, maybe daylight photos will make it look more convincing.

As for the design, the surround looks like an Asian lotus surround. The central flower doesn't look very lotus-like, but that is often the case with lotus designs, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.;)

I cannot tell from the pictures how those little stones are held on. If they are glued I would doubt precious or semi-precious gems.
I agree, pictures in natural light would be much better.

Natural light in Seattle is pretty hard to come by, also all the tall evergreens in the suburbs. That's one reason my photos are often challenged, but I realize just spending enough time will make them better.
