This small 6 CM Tall cup has red marks on the bottom (Top opening 4.25 cm wide) writing inside. Outside very fine and detailed. The inside photo shows what I thought was a paint splatter, but upon closer review - it appears the enamel has chipped off showing this pinkish color?

I appreciate your expertise and thoughts on this one and others I have posted. THANKS.
