Looking for Information on a Womak? Glass Vase

Hello board friends - I am not having much luck finding out information about this rather large pillow vase with the word Womak on the base. It is clear glass cased with green. The green is satinized. There is a faded label near the top. There are also labels on the bottom. I have searched for Womak and the code number on the internet but can't turn anything up. The vase measures about 10 1/2" across and 8 7/8" tall. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Many times, nursing homes and hospitals write the patient's name on the bottom of the vase when they have flowers delivered to their room. Seeing the 1-800 number, it looks like a florist order (1-800-Flowers) to me. Pretty vase.

 

Thank you, NewEngland! That explanation makes a lot of sense. It's a shame the florist overwrote the original label so we could see at least where it was made.
