Looking for identification on an ornate floral piece

    Hi members. I was looking to see if anyone knew info on a tray that i have. Its oval with flowers on the inside and an ornate openwork pattern on the outside. It seems like pewter and has a polar bear with a T inside it, makers mark. Also marked made in Japan as well. Measures 9 3/4" long by 7" wide, 1 1/4" high. Tried uploading pics but both images were too large.

    It looks cast of pot metal to me, 1950s-60s.
    This one is larger than any I've ever sold.

    Try search on "Made in Japan" and "Bear Mark" or "Polar Bear Mark" with a T.

    I can find information on google about this. Please let us know if / when you find your piece and what it is made of? Does a magnet stick to it? :happy:
