Looking for help for an artist on a pastel

    This is a pretty little pastel that I think has the artist's name in the lower right corner. It looks like it might be V.P. something. Just curious if anyone is familiar with this artist's work. Thanks in advance!

    Sorry, forgot the dimensions. The piece is 12 3/8" x 10 1/2"
